or Newly Release Games

Catechumen:
become an initiate in the Christian religion in ancient Rome times.
You must complete your mission to finish your training. Some of the
best ever graphics and sound ever found in a Christian computer game.
Ranks up their with the best. |
Gil's
Bible Jumble: a definitely for real young kids type of game.
Has narration as child learns Bible verses. Nice looking. Just came
out. |
Revelation:
a game in progress from Two Guys software. Sounds
like they have more than two guys...that is good. Right now, they
just have sketches and a really loose story about being a government
agent where you have to kill the rebels. |
Saints of
Virtue: calling itself as a "cool Christian
computer game", this is a first person shooter where you battle
your internal enemies like fear, pride, and worldliness. Fun to play
and has received great reviews. Only negative is a dated graphics
engine. |
Heaven Quest:
this Bible trivia game is played on a 3-D board with
up to four different characters. Nice and sharp graphics with some
animated sequences. |
War In
Heaven: become an angel or demon in this epic
struggle. This is a 3-D shooter with good graphics and level design.
Somewhat entertaining, but the throwing darts and close combat is
not as fun as typical shooters. Has over 9 levels though and a mix
of places that you go to. |
Adventures
In Odyssey: You must set Whit's end right
from a mysterious troublemaker. For younger kids. |
Big
Genius Bible Trivia: this is a You Don't Know
Jack style of Bible trivia game. Good graphics and sound with entertaining
game play. |
Captain
Bible: the classic, best-selling computer
game for younger kids. The graphics are very dated and gameplay limited.
The title was made in 1995 or so. But you do learn scriptures by playing
it and some kids may enjoy it. |
LifesBattle:
an impressive and good-intentioned idea that is more
of a learning type game. You can check out the demo and see for yourself. |
Qoheleth:
a pretty decent game where you learn lots of Bible
things as you jump and collect things. Dated graphics and gameplay. |
The
Fall of Jericho: a great Bible trivia type
game where if you answer the right questions, you will get across
the Jordan river and see the "walls to fall down". |
